Technical issues that prevent access to purchased content, where our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. Duplicate purchases made in error, when reported within 30 days of the transaction. Course cancellation by Davironexoli prior to commencement or completion.
Partial Refund Eligibility
Partial refunds may be considered in the following situations:
Withdrawal from a course after accessing between 20% and 50% of the content, within 21 days of purchase. Significant changes to course content or structure that materially differ from the original description. Extenuating circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our refund assessment team.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Courses where more than 50% of content has been accessed or downloaded. Purchases made more than 30 days prior to the refund request. Completion certificates, credentials, or assessments that have been issued or taken. Promotional or discounted purchases, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Subscription renewals where notice of cancellation was not provided before the renewal date. Content accessed during a free trial period.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription refunds may be considered within 30 days of the initial purchase if less than 10% of available content has been accessed. After 30 days, refunds will be prorated based on unused months, minus a processing fee, at our discretion.
Cancellation Process
To cancel a subscription, log into your account and navigate to subscription settings, or contact our support team at contact@davironexoli.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.
Group and Corporate Purchases
